2020 has been the year we all have been made to realize the essential people in our society and how much we rely on technology. Tech literacy is more important than ever where we have no other choice but to use technology. Luddites were having a hard time grasp technology and everyone coming to a realization that technology not only has become part of our lives but also is a necessity for everyone.
The pandemic has also shown how much of the world especially India is still catching up to technology. Many industries previously reluctant to adopt technology and online communication had to do it. Businesses started to realize how work can be done in a better way. Online education, online entertainment ott platforms, hygiene due to the virus people have become more conscience than ever in hygiene contacless payments has helped and finally work from home. Many office workers were able to work from which opens the idea to a whole new way of working in the future. In a year of pandemic the rapid digitization has given us a push that we wouldn’t have gotten before with the entire nation digitizing faster than ever.
